Farrell's New Hope is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has educated our members about the significance of nutrition since our initial 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to better results! But knowing what to eat can be complex—especially with so much opposing information out there. You won’t have to guess with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods simple. With our proven nutrition plans, you always feel satisfied because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we plan the entirety of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We teach you what your body needs for you to reach your goals. When you stick to our nutrition plan, you will experience results—and you’ll feel the transformation in your body and mind that only wholesome food can offer.

We individualize your plan to meet your specific needs and goals. You won’t feel deprived. You can continue going out to eat, and you can still eat the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your optimal food choices are in any situation. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can have some of your favorite treats—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be there to answer questions and give you advice. They will check your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on the right path. Plus, you can always browse tasty ideas and new recipes to keep you content in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll educate you on good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different important nutrients at each meal. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to encourage you, especially your coach. You’ll learn how to plan your meals and track them for success.

Don’t sweat it if thinking ahead isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll be given 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include clear instructions and advice on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be complete without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are flexible. Follow them as written or vary them to fit your tastes. Some members like to eat similar meals daily for a whole week, while others like to swap things out. Your coach, or anyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not positive which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Still hungry after a meal? Make sure our team knows, and we’ll help you stay fueled and satisfied.
